Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Assetify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Assetify provides a cloud-based IT asset management platform. Features and pricing are described at getassetify.com/pricing and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission
5. Data and privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you upload to Assetify. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data to provide the service.
6. Payment and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assetify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
