Assetify (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an IT asset management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services or visit our website.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account information (name, work email, organisation name)
  • Asset data you enter into the platform
  • Usage data and product analytics
  • Support communications

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Assetify service, communicate with you about your account, send relevant product updates (which you can opt out of at any time), and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in the European Union on Supabase infrastructure. We use encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to processing or request restriction
  • Data portability

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and measure basic usage with anonymised analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
